The Suhana Asian Elders Centre welcomes all older people from the Asian Community and is based at:

It is open every afternoon, (except Sunday),
from 12.30 to 5.30pm, for company and activities.
Members can relax with the TV or books and newspapers in various languages and meet friends for a chat. The more energetic members can join in Tai Chi classes, get involved with the local radio station and work on projects together, such as healthy eating, drama and story sack.
Members can also access the Age Concern Advice and Information Service, be assisted with interpretation and translation and advised on local Health and Social Care Services.
There is a visiting Optician and Hearing Aid Clinic and regular talks by Health Professionals.
Membership is free and new members are always welcome.
