“Life to the full” is here to help you get the most out of life. We support and nurture activities which promote health and social wellbeing for anyone over the age of 50. From community gardening projects to senior citizens activity groups. From aqua aerobics to bird watching, amateur dramatics to archery, from cycling to lunch clubs.

We also run a 50 plus health mentors program. We recognise that some people are nervous about joining a new group or a new activity. The volunteer mentoring scheme can offer you the opportunity to pair up with a volunteer who will help you get settled in your new activity of club and make you feel more comfortable.
